"The registry offers the potential to foster greater career exploration and success. The more students have access to good, concrete information about careers and job opportunities, the more likely they will be to make choices that will pay off in terms of their career and continuing education."
- Ken Sauer, Senior Associate Commissioner and Chief Academic Officer, Indiana Commission for Higher Education

Registry Participants

Registry participants play an essential role in this initiative by making information about their credentials and quality assurance processes available to the Credential Registry. Credential Issuer Participants include:
  • Universities, four-year colleges, and community colleges that award a variety of credentials, from certificates and associate degrees to baccalaureate and graduate level degrees.
  • Organizations and companies that award industry certifications, certificates, and other credentials such as licenses and badges.
Quality Assurance Participants are organizations that accredit, recognize, approve, or endorse credentialing organizations. To learn more about becoming a registry participant, register for an informational webinar. Questions can be sent to info@credentialengine.org.
